Anyone here made transition from Touch Pro to Treo Pro?

I just received my treo pro, and I've been a touch pro user since december. I even have a mugen 3600mah extended battery for my touch pro so I'm able to have it last throughout the day for me.

I love this treo pro, everything about it just seems... right... idk how else to described it.

That being said, I'm having the same problems that I was having with my mogul... programs close randomly once the task manager reaches 65-70% usage.

I hope there's a way to resolve this as I want to be in a treo pro really bad but if not then I'll just stick with my touch pro.

I love that i found the seidio case for this phone that fits well and keeps it a good size. It's so nice having a 1-piece design, feels much more solid.

And I can't tell you how much I appreciate being able to hit the D-Pad correctly without hitting "end" instead.

Three weeks in with my Treo-Pro and have to say I am glad I made the switch, I have the Seido Case/Holster which is much better than any case I could find for the Touch Pro. Also, it is much more responsive in my opinion even though the RAM is not there. I have noticed that I am actually using my phone for work now, instead of constantly looking for a new ROM to flash.

I have not experienced this at all, and I have gotten the Treo up to 95%, only message it gave me was not enough memory when I tried to open a website with flash. I would recommend SKtools, there are a lot of useful things there, but I really only use the Free Up Ram option, which will be unlimited even with the trial version. Also, have you upgraded to 1.04? I have noticed it managing the memory better now that I have

My wife has gone through 2 touch pros and we just received the 3rd today. The keyboards stop working correctly. She wants a treo pro instead, but Asurion wouldn't give us one. I love my Touch Pro, but I am curious about the Treo Pro. Any ideas on exchanging a NIB Touch Pro for a Treo Pro?

Sell it and use the cash to buy a Treo Pro. That's what I did.

My treo was already 1.04. I'm thinking maybe a hard reset would fix it but idk. It's killing me though. I'll be browsing the internet and boom, it'll close PIE. I'll open Call Firewall to try to filter calls and texts and next thing you know I'm still getting those calls and texts because the treo closed the program. I'll open Palringo to chat for a bit while I'm waiting for class to start and boom next thing you know it closes.

I feel so restricted. It's super annoying. This is the only thing making me want to switch back to my touch pro, which I'll be doing soon if I can't get this problem resolved.

I cant see how ppl have this problem with ANY phone... even my Mogul was ok. The only thing I ever keep open is maybe messaging and Magicall for a "call and SMS firewall"... Why leave every app open to just sit and bog the phone down? Never understood that, is it just to save a couple milliseconds of load time for the apps?

I cant say much though b/c I JUST won a eBay auction and still waiting to get it, sick of the Diamond.
