FREE Universal IM Client?

Any SMS based Instant Messaging apps?

AOL uses an SMS IM but you have to have their Client on a computer to register the SMS side of it and you have to use their services (Ie. People your SMS to IM have to be on AIM).

I am very impressed thus far with the Imov messenger basic. it does everything nicely. though I don't see the option to hide offline contacts, that would be kinda nice. other than that works perfect for me and my 700wx

The best client available is free currently. Slick is awesome and free for now as its in beta. I dont know if they will charge after the beta or not but the betas are great and dont seem to expire.

Very nice app! One question though how do you if possible to change the sound like if you get a new message etc...

I am not sure but I would assume that it is done through notifications under the start > Setting menu. I dont have my phone handy so I cannot confirm that right this moment.
