WM6 finally ported to Treo 700wx

I have been using a leaked WM6 ROM for quite a while. I finally got the opportunity to upgrade to the newer stripped WM6 ROM this past week. I have added a few of my own customizations with a new theme and SDHC support for up to 8GB cards. Working perfectly with no issues at all. I am loving this.

I successfully updated the phone to WM 6 the bad thing is that my phone radio will not turn on. I tried hard reseting my phone and reapplying the firmware update but it keeps failing. What am I doing wrong?

W00t!! I did it! So what happens if I want to change back to WM5 if something goes wrong? Do I just download the original Sprint Updater profile?

Uhh-- why is there Verizon apps on my Sprint 700wx??? How do I go about deleting these files?

ya that was my reaction, haha.

I just used Resco Explorer to go in and Delete all of the apps. not sure if that's the proper way to do it but at least it got rid of the icons out of my Programs Menu. some of them might be hidden so make sure the explorer is set to view hidden files.

You could also use the kitchen to cook up your own rom and remove whatever you want... but that was too much for me so i just deleted them.

as for downgrading back to wm5... there are plenty of directions on how to do so if you have the time to search... i'll look for a tutorial though to save you and others some time. fyi, i have wm6 and would not go back to wm5 if you paid me (well, maybe if you paid me...). did you choose the trimmed or full rom? was it ebags?

DUDE. If somebody is able to do that, I'd love them forever! (That doesn't sound creepy at all...) The small clock is bothering me a lot, and I'd love not to install those WM6.1 themes on my phone!
