im a newb and UMDL fails to detect my phone. Phone is set on mass storage and USb connection is off on active sync this shows up in the log

Turn off your phone.

Hit Detect.

Turn on your phone.

Off. Not Standby, not screen shut off.

Off.

Take the battery out and remove the USB cable if you have to.

I was holding off on releasing 1.4 till I saw what happens next week. I don't think there will be a rom release 5/11, but there is no urgency to bring out a new build either. Most of the fires in 1.3 have been put out in the way of patches.

Got my replacement phone from Asurion yesterday and flashed to 1.3, then installed MS3. Rocks my socks off.

Just one question. You mentioned that in 1.3 you've increased screen calibration sensitivity flux capacitor thingy or something like that? What exactly did you change and how does it effect my experience?

Also, I thought about waiting to see if the official ROM is released, but even then, I bet it won't have the free memory that yours does.

By the way, you should be receiving some hoppy love from me soon.

The calibration settings are the defacto standard you find for the Omnia across the net. Should make things more precise, but your mileage may vary. You can always re-calibrate.

New version of 1.3 coming out today, by the way.

The "Bugfix" edition. Includes working wifi without futzing with the loader.
