No. You may not have the drivers properly installed, or you may not be turning the phone completely OFF by holding down the power button.

Re: Adrynalyne's Base and M2D ROMs v. 1.2
I am new to rom flashing, and have searched and have not been able to come to an answer yet. I downloaded Adrynalyne's 1.0 rom, and have extracted it. The whole UMDL concept isn't quite clicking with me, it sounds to me like an application on the PC that will flash the rom to the phone? I cannot find this UMDL at all, any help?
This is the i910, never been flashed (has had a hard reset..) |

http://www.modaco.com/content/i9x0-o...or-omnia-i910/ robtao was correct in saying that you need your cd that came with your phone to install the driver needed to basically turn your phone into an external modem. so... on that note.... 1. install the driver 2. uncheck "allow usb connections" in active sync 3. flash your phone per the pdf doc that you downloaded from above 4. once that's all done, now it's Big A's rom turn (same rules apply) ** the only difference here is that you click on PDA in the umdl program ** 5. run the umdl program in the same manner all set... if there's anything else, i know that there's plenty of folks in here to help you out. enjoy! |
