Adrynalyne,
Let me say "thank you" for keeping up with 6.1. I know everybody is all about 6.5 right now but... I keep using and loving 6.5 but I always end up going back to 6.1. It is just more stable, espically with phoneAlarm. I don't think enough people are appreciative of the extra work it takes you to maintain so many ROMs. I am very appreciative. I know you don't put the same effort into your 6.1 ROMs that you do the 6.5 ones (mainly because 6.5 is so new and different), but your 6.1 ROMs are still top notch!!! "Thank You".

Well first Off I would like to say thanks for all the hard work on this amazing rom for the samsung! It includes everything I always wanted! Secondly, i'm a noob with all of this and apologize in advance for inadvertently sounding dumb or being generally ignorant about issues. I do have a question...
I upgraded to your latest WM 6.1 mod and I love it. Works great until I reinstall my backup. I have a resco backup and an SPB backup and have tried both ways. I am getting certain system instabilities and lock ups only after restoring my backup! I thought that maybe it was reinstalling windows or the registry or databases might be conflicting, but I tried to restore a backup ignoring the "System" portion, but that only prevents the phone from fully booting up. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong with the backups and resco nor SPB has been much help in this issue. I now post the question to you...When backing up to a new rom what is the preferred method of restoring a backup? Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction. |

I have the latest 6.1 ROM and am I have consistent problems with Google Maps. It crashes 2 out of 3 times. Is anyone else having this problem?

OK - so I've got the new Verizon update and I've put about a half dozen 6.5 Rom's on -thanks to all of you guys for the hard work.
But - my bottom line is that I don't like 6.5 and the feel of Titanium - so I guess I need to stick with 6.1. Can someone point me in the direct of the most up to date innovative couple of 6.1 Roms? I'm not sure who is still working on them and who has moved over to primarily 6.5 thanks |
