I like the Diamond but was WOW when I saw the Pre for what the OS can do and some of the little features that it has. Until the Diamond 2 gives me that WOW feeling, I'll be getting the Pre.

3.5mm jake is a killer for me, I hate the Diamond headset connection. Nowadays there is no reason a phone not to have the proper headphone jake. Even with custom roms I still have freezing and slow downs. Add a bigger screen, yeah, more of the same. Although I have to give it that thebattery tweaks have def saved me the aggrevation of getting a new battery. Wow me HTC, then I'll gladly buy one for me and my wife, until then the Pre is in my sights.

You're not alone, the concept is frickin sweet but the design could've been a tad better.

yeh well a functional up to spec phone a tad ugly is better than HTC's sexiness with old specs. Function over form

im not mad at you on that one, I just don't know if I will be able to deal with it. If I hate looking at my phone then I can't use it.

So it was just more of my view on it, and I agree with your statement.

I like the Diamond2. I may just upgrade my Touch to it since it has an SD card slot now. But I said WOW when I saw the UI on the LG Arena; wish it was a WM phone.

If the Arena was a WM phone I would say good by Sprint and HTC!! That phone as a total of 40g of memory. That will hold my entire music library, all my eBooks and the normal stuff I keep on my phone.

Features wise.. its great. It adds stuff we have all been hacking trying to do so thats funny.. but I don't know .. personally I like the shape of the touchpro that I have now compared to the new one. The keyboard I am not too much of a fan of and the tilt is very nice but something extra that can break imo.. UNLESS that thing is rock sturdy but we won't know until we hands on it... Would I upgrade? Sure, once my touchpro goes under, touch2 will be mine without a doubt..
