Garmin has done that for years with their "new upgraded" NAV units.

Garmin comes out with a new unit that has say two new features that everyone was asking for (& other brands already had). The problem is, at the same time they eliminate two other key features that current users love & use all the time. Then, 6 months later, they come out with another "new model" that adds those two features back in again..............(last time I looked, they had something like 27 current models because of this nonsense)

Umm guys the TP2 does have video out. Under connectivity it says "HTC ExtUSB™ (11-pin mini-USB 2.0, audio jack, and TV Out* in one)".

im very impressed with these...idk tho...same chipset in the TP2 thats in the TP, but twice the resolution...

Has HTC learned from Apple and will release devices every six to nine months? Think of how often the ipod was re-invented.
