Ditto, I'm a business customer as well... I went in to talk about the mogul, since CS had noted my account to allow me to buy it @ 125$ with no contract extension, I went in, told him about my phone resetting every once in a while (once a month, very minor). He took my phone, told me it was my lucky day, and handed me a NIB Mogul, no charge.

I pay my bill, I get excellent service, excellent rates, and who cares if I call someone and they don't know WTF a PRL or an access overload class is.... I was with sprint back in the day, and they SUCKED. Now, I can HAPPILY say that Sprint meets and EXCEEDS all my needs and expectations as a customer, and they will continue to get my money for quite a time to come, short of royally screwing me over


BTW: You should research the Magnus-Moss act.

Installing 3rd party apps is easy. Hard reset back to factory default, and there you go. All better.

Sprint will do this for you as the first (or last, depending on the mood of the tech) step in doing repair work. Basically, they don't have to troubleshoot whatever crap you have on there, just what they are trained (barely, if at all) on.
hey I take offense at that seeing as I am one of those "barely" trained technicians (just because I received my training from here shouldn't matter) LOL oops don't let Sprint see that!!!!!!

If you had your "training" from this site, you could probably teach most of the technicians working at Sprint today!!!

This might be the biggest load of poo ever posted. (Of course you can have your opinion, but your comment is quite insulting) Im a tech mgr and can safely say that the sales staff turns to me just as often as their mgr even for sales type questions. Heck, Ive probably sold more Touch's demo-ing my tweaked phone than the entire sales team combined.
