Ditto, I'm a business customer as well... I went in to talk about the mogul, since CS had noted my account to allow me to buy it @ 125$ with no contract extension, I went in, told him about my phone resetting every once in a while (once a month, very minor). He took my phone, told me it was my lucky day, and handed me a NIB Mogul, no charge.

I pay my bill, I get excellent service, excellent rates, and who cares if I call someone and they don't know WTF a PRL or an access overload class is.... I was with sprint back in the day, and they SUCKED. Now, I can HAPPILY say that Sprint meets and EXCEEDS all my needs and expectations as a customer, and they will continue to get my money for quite a time to come, short of royally screwing me over


BTW: You should research the Magnus-Moss act.
