Installing 3rd party apps is easy. Hard reset back to factory default, and there you go. All better.
Sprint will do this for you as the first (or last, depending on the mood of the tech) step in doing repair work. Basically, they don't have to troubleshoot whatever crap you have on there, just what they are trained (barely, if at all) on.

hey I take offense at that seeing as I am one of those "barely" trained technicians (just because I received my training from here shouldn't matter) LOL oops don't let Sprint see that!!!!!!
