No worries...now I have a 21xxx build that is basically identical to the 23xxx build. I will tell you that memory mgmt is much better in 23xxx.

Here's a question - after working on the modem link issue, I did a full restore from SPB Backup. Does that mean that I basically reverted to the previous rom? Or do I still retain the new improvements of this rom? After flashing a new rom - can you do a restore from SPB? So far it is working great. But if I upgraded by downloading and then downgraded by restoring - well - I don't want to do that.

Hope that makes sense. Thanks for your advice.
I did some more testing this afternoon and I was able to connect with VZ Access Mgr on my Win7 laptop. I am doing one more test, but I believe I have a working ROM with Modem Link embedded.

Edit: ok all testing is complete and successful. 23563 ROM has been updated with working Modem Link.

Have run 21903 all day with no problems . Available memory has not dropped below 71%. Still fast and stable , good rom.

What else are you running on it app wise? I like the fact the available memory is staying constant. This was a huge problem with the original stock ROM, as there must have been a memory leak somewhere.

If you can watch your battery life I would be interested in that also. Next updates will include the 21874 XIP, as the current ROMs are running with the stock 21849 XIP. I didn't want to change until I had stable builds.

Everything I have read about battery consumption blames the apps like email,Facebook ,Tweeter and the others that update constantly.

Apps I am running:

Opera mini 5
Google maps
Weather Radar
Showcase
SKtools
Soft Reset
hotmail
Battery 1500 mAh from 7:30 am to 7:57 pm - 46% left.

Steve, If you do another build, can you please make a shortcut for the video camera? So we can add it to cookies home tab. Thanks

I just checked the camera app package and there is no video camera link. Have you seen some form of link in another ROM?

Re: Steve's Imagio Manila ROM v1.1

Im about 99% positive that Myclean imagio 21874 and enegy 21903 both have them. I have flashed so many different roms. They have a link for a camcorder. Maybe its something different that they have added.
