Jmart - Thanks again for your help and being patient wsith me. And my appoplogies for not reporting back and saying thanks earlier. My niece stopped by for a few days and between hanging out with her and keeping her occupied and work, I really didn't have much time, so the wife and I hung out. LOL

A couple things happened that maybe I didn't quite do it right with CFC gui, or I did it right and I didn't know because I'm not tech savy like you guys here. But I had CFC gui downloaded already, so I jumped to #2. It wanted me to choose a folder or location to use, hit cancel, 'cause you said I didn't need to worry about it. It closed the window. Reopened the app, and selected the root (C:\). After it finished opening, I completed #3-4. It gave me a dialog box of what it was doing, but I never saw any files come across on the main/big screen. I also noticed boxes on the lower right hand corner, which I tried to hit CFC Compress and Extract from Device, and it didn't seem to do anything. Also, I did not see any interaction in the area on the lower left corner of the screen. Nor did I really notice anything different on my device after I selected "Finish Up" and followed the questions. What am I doing wrong/neglecting?

(just for Shlitz-&-giggles) - theoretically, do you think one would be able to have a double compression? i.e. take a ROM that has CFC compression cooked in already, and manually CFC compress it? LOL I think I already know the answer to that one. Just thought I could get some eyes to roll and some heads to shake on that one...

Off topic real quick...

I was thinking a couple days ago that NRG does not have an Imagio in front of him. And his ROM's are already kick - @$$. Here is what I have thought of and wanted to get other opinions/ideas, and maybe someone knows how to get this started (and perhaps someone with more time and resources than I) :

How about if we start a donation collection for NRG? Maybe set up a seperate paypal thing where people can pitch in, and when we have emough, NRG can get himself an Imagio. Or if someone here knows him, or is near enough to him, maybe drop it off or mail it to him.

And then he will actually have an Imagio to test on. And I suspect, an already kick - @$$ ROM will become legendary.

I dunno, just a thought....

Use CDMA only mode rather than Global (Don't need GSM since I'm not traveling anywhere that requires it.

Make sure Bluetooth and WiFi are disabled unless needed.

Set backlight to 50% on battery. At 100% it's too bright anyway.
X2... I set backlight to auto and same as above but don't push email - I update on demand instead. I haven't used the phone a ton (only a couple calls, texts, some playing on local apps, and a bit of internet) in the last couple days and I'm at 57% on 2.5 days since charge. This is on the June 29 ROM which has been very stable and good on battery life for me. Another thing, is that if you sit in dead zones (like work in a basement with no coverage) switch it to airplane mode or it will destroy your battery life. I don't have that issue but the wife does.

Hello all Smart guys! I need your help on one thing i can't seem to accomplished after over an hour of trying.
On the home screen, I would like to remove the Notification Bar which has 3 Zero on it if there is a miss call or text message or Email it will show on this Bar.
Now, removing this Bar is easy I already removed it. but what i want to do is to be able to move the second bar that show date and Alarm to the Notification Bar's location that i just removed so that i have more room under it to show both Calendar and Call History links. By default you can only see the Calendar link but no Call History because there is no room. Can you one please let me know if this can be done and how I would really appreciated it.

Menu -> Edit Home Layout -> Main Home then you can press and drag the windows around where you want. You can also drag the little tab at the bottom of the appointment list to add more shown slots.

Which ROM should I upgrade to extend the battery time to 2 days or more?

can someone confirm this?

I installed, Imagio 21911 Max Sense Jul 16th.
HTC SEnse will not boot unless I start the phone with my storage card removed.

as soon as I stick it back in and reboot the phone with sd card installed.

Any wuick fixes?

Also... While trying to edit widget.. the remove (trash can) icon doesn't work.

Sigghhhh.. I can't get anything to work right with the past 2 roms...

My upgrade went through fine. The only issue I had was with the start button on top of the screen, until i rebooted the phone that is.
Otherwise, it went through just fine.
