No problem, just tell them you did a hard reset and it's now telling you this. If *228 option 1 doesn't fix it they can fix on their end with nothing to worry about. They won't know you flashed it with a custom ROM.

I'm using the 21908 Gtx rom and I really like it but hate that the battery drain is quick. What version would y'all suggest I upgrade to 21911 or 23569? Also wifey wants to know the same thing about max manilla 21911 or 23569? Thx all...

Not sure that either are more or less of a battery drain, but here's what i do to minimize power loss:

If using Exchange email, set mailbox polling to 15 mins instead of As items arrive. Direct Push is quite a battery hog on these phones.

Use CDMA only mode rather than Global (Don't need GSM since I'm not traveling anywhere that requires it.

Make sure Bluetooth and WiFi are disabled unless needed.

Set backlight to 50% on battery. At 100% it's too bright anyway.

Otherwise just close apps that don't need to be running for long periods of time in the background. I get a full day out of mine with usually more than 50% left unless I really use it quite a bit during the day and even then I haven't ever run out before bedtime when I charge it overnight.

i'm trying to stall this on my imagio.
ran the hardspl.
downloaded zip file.
try to install and i get error 220 that battery is below 50% when it's not.
OR when i redownloaded the zip file, it said it was corrupt.
anybody having these issues too?
any suggestions?

No because I've never done that. J/K
1) First thing i would check is to make sure that you have a success SPL. Put it in the bootloader mode and see what number you see and what number you expect to see after the flash.
2) you said your batery is over 50 so how much over? 51 or 59?
3) Before you re-download any file, its a good idea to move the old file to a difference directory or delete it first.
4) just make sure your computer is not running high on CPU usage and/or any virus and spyware.

My Imagio's shipped ROM consumes so much battery that i can only use the fone for 1 day. My common use is fone (30-40mins/day), sms (10-15 sms/day), abt 1-2 hours of wifi/3G, reading stories (1h/day). Is that 1-day battery normal?
Which ROM should I upgrade to extend the battery time to 2 days or more?

Thanks for the response. What you suggested with the keyboard icon works great!

I have been spending more time on the weekends learning about my phone. I am using a combination of PIM Backup, Settings Export, CHT Editor and XDC UC to backup my phone settings and lists. Hope that is all I need.

I am sure I will have more questions the more time I spend with the phone and experiment with the different ROMs!

With Energy ROm, you have to live with the fact that its like the RACING CAR. if you tweak it you may get just a few percentage gain not more. So, another word if you like the ROM and you need to use the phone more frequent then take the CHARGER with you. There is no way around this unless you switch the rom. Which i don't recommend because I think ENERGY ROM IS THE BEST ROM of all ROMs except the HYPERDRAGON ROM. they are somewhat equivalent. But Hyperdragon stop develop since the ATT TILT.
