Is anybody else getting this error when they attempt 11-digit dialing? If I dial the following number:

+15121231234 I will get a long wait and "Network Busy, Please try again later"

If I dial a 10 digit number such as:

5121231234 It will work fine.

This is a problem because the majority of my address book is configured against 11 digit dialing, including my exchange contacts. I cannot successfully an international call either.

Any known work arounds?

I get this same behavior with the May 13 ROM. Any solution?

Just upgraded to the latest May 13 ROM, volume rocker still not working. Does anyone know how to get this working again? I have looked everywhere, but I am obviously missing something. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.
