NRGZ28 nice work on roms but I was wondering out of curiosity have you considered making a stripped down build of the stock 3.04 rom without all the bloatware? Sense 2.5 is nice but demands a bit to run and I also miss my Comm and Programs tab that I can add to 2.0, cookie monsters add on is very nice but may not be for me...

I've already tried to call attention to this a couple of times in this thread, maybe third time's a charm. I found the following bug:

Palringo and Facebook Instant Messenger (FIM) don't connect properly. Palringo gets stuck going back and forth between a "connecting" dialogue and "reconnect pending". FIM just gets stuck on "connecting". I've tried connecting on both verizon's network and via my work's wifi and my home wifi. None have worked. Any thoughts on why that might be?

Note that I've tested this on the 23547 build, both on the MaxManila build and on the Titanium build.

Didn't mean to post a question already posted, just forum has been growing and couldn't remember if this had been posted... But still hope this is possible or maybe at least someone reads this and decided to put a 3.04 clean build together...

I don't see the facebook Pics when a person calls. I only see the pic I had previously loaded for the person. In the People tab the Facebook Profile pic shows up though...

Both "third party" apps that can be freely download on the net. If they have problems connecting, it's probably their servers... Especially palringo

If someone could chime in that they too have this issue, it would be appreciated. I've done a ton of searching around the nets and I've seen very few reports related to this stuff so I was hoping to get some type of confirmation that I'm not the only one who can't run this on an Imagio.

I thought that the issue was third party servers as well when I first saw that Palringo wasn't working. But then I tried installing FIM which had previously worked on my stock Verizon ROM but refused to work on Energy ROMs. That made me suspicious that there is some sort of setting that needs adjusting. I have no idea what it could be but, as I already said, if this is an issue for multiple people then it might be worth talking about in here. And if not, someone might be able to tell me what setting I'm flipping that keeps messing up the apps for me.
