I'm not sure if this works on every build as I only discovered it by accident running MaxManila 2.5 23547. Swipe with a downward gesture across the screen when you're on the home screen and you'll see a list of settings options including setting rows for the home screen and enabling landscape mode. I'm not sure how to customize the start menu though.

On that note, most of the stuff on this "home screen settings" menu is abbreviated and to be honest I have no idea what the abbreviations stand for. If someone wants to post what they all stand for and do, that would be very helpful.

Edit: I see one option that I think I remember NRG mentioned once but doesn't seem to work. Bring back the goldfish lol!!!

Excellent ROM, I am using the 21895 2.5 MaxManilla. I have no issues with any of the following:

MS Exchange Server
MS Visual Voice Mail
SMS
GPS - Google Maps
GPS - Footprints
Camera
Internet Sharing - btw - Wi-Fi router is awesome.. it works fine with XP but doesnt with 7, tethered or not.
My Location stays updated after soft resets..

I really like the speed and stability, I will wait for the 235XX to be perfected as I like the task manager and the bottom start.

I was waiting for a stable version before donating, which i will be doing directly.. Thanks in advance to future versions..

I'm having probs send pics says message size is to big 300k limit I thought it was way more than that

and i'm still having problems with clean ram and ram sweeper anything over a level 1 locks my phone up and have to soft reset

not me, did you update your clean ram. You can do it in the clean ram config app that was installed along with the clean ram app.

Did you already provision the device for Verizon Wireless? It's in the Start menu under Tools -> Carrier Provisioning. Make sure you apply after selecting and see the cab install.

The only issue regarding mms that I have came across was no mms would send or recieve untill I did a soft reset. Anytime I sent a picture or mms I had to soft reset for it to send. I was able to fix this by going into the data connection settings and re entering vzw as the password.
