Weird... I'm running the 2.31 gps cokeman unlocker and no dos screen comes up at all for me, just the standard Rom Update Utility process. I completely remember the DOS instructions, but they are not appearing for me now. So strange!

How are you running the unlocker. You can run it as an executable or unzip it and just run the ruu. I just ran the ruu after unpacking the files. Good luck.

I am extracting the files and then running the RUU from the folder it unpacks. I'll try downloading again, I have run into corrupt files in the past. Weirdest part for me is I can't even get the Official HTC Rom downloaded from htc.com to work right. Same thing, after reboot to bootloader it does not recognize the phone.
