it will pull up a DOS style screen telling you what to do. When it tells you to unplug the usb and plug it back in and press any key to continue, be sure to unplug it quick and plug it back in quick and when you do this it will disconnect you from ActiveSync but this is ok. just follow the rest of the directions the DOS screen is telling you and it will finish unlocking your phone. the disconnecting part it tells you to do is the hardest part but just be quick about it.
