my phone is still "useable" (in the fact that i can receive calls and call people already in my contacts), but the touch screen rarely works. and the nearest sprint store is a long drive. the website keeps telling me to take it to the store, but my question is if i claim my phone as lost to avoid going to the store, do they suspend my service?

I resumed my claim and it had me call, the girl says....

"Well we seem to be out of the 6900, I guess you'll be receiving a brand new retail boxed HTC Diamond 6950 with the accessories and a 1 year warranty"

Me: "So is that similar to my phone?" (hehe hehe :mrgreen:)

Her: "Oh some people consider it an upgrade"

Me: "Well I guess it will be alright" :mrgreen:

My present one actually does need to be replaced for numerous legit reasons through them or Sprint, so I guess I'll spend $50 and get the Diamond.

I just called up Asurion and the lady said they heard no such thing about replacing xv6900 with diamond. so :???::???::???:

I think you have it backwards VGA is way better than QVGA, the screen upgrade is half the reason for getting the Diamond, as the Touch is a still a great phone if you ask me, I'll miss it.

Go through the Asurion online LINK on the page 1 of this thread, and at like step 4 it tells what they will be replacing your 6900 with.

Wish I could still do this! My Touch from Sprint is pretty beaten up but seeing as I dont use Sprint as my carrier anymore.. Damn :(

So, I told my cousin they were replacing his vogue with a diamond and he says he doesnt want it cuz he just bought an 8gig microsd card, im gonna trade him the vogue i got just before upgrading to the TP for it. Problem now is I am going to have to chose which phone to use each morning. Damn my life isnt fair sometimes.
