touchpal for me....tried the fullscreen kb it sucked....when i would recieve a text in the middle of typing a message, i would have to retype everything....couldnt deal with it

I found the best for me is SPBKeyboard v4.0.1 it has vibration feedback! I can type really well

I like the Touch Diamond Qwerty but it has a few quirks that I don't like over the standard kb. I am going to try the touchpal now. It seems to be the most popular on here.

Most geeks who posted their fave keyboard have moved on to newer devices, many of which come with Swype. TouchPal was the clear winner a couple years ago in this thread. But I still use the stock WinMo little qwerty, though I've recently stumbled onto the skin I like:
 Most of my typing is for entering data into Excel. There's something about pulling out the stylus, putting on my reading glasses, and getting into that precise mindset needed for accurate work. Have been using this little KB since 2003.
