Most geeks who posted their fave keyboard have moved on to newer devices, many of which come with Swype. TouchPal was the clear winner a couple years ago in this thread. But I still use the stock WinMo little qwerty, though I've recently stumbled onto the skin I like:
Most of my typing is for entering data into Excel. There's something about pulling out the stylus, putting on my reading glasses, and getting into that precise mindset needed for accurate work.
