YES!! Hard and soft, about 3 times already! dumb question but a buddy of mine had his phone lock up ( dont know the details) and he took it in for service and all they did was change the battery, could that help? (doubt it)

the official rom is the one that u posted the link to.

try a different usb port. either flashing the official rom or exitbootloader will work.

go to the chatroom and getsomeone to talk u thru it.

ok i tried all four usb ports and nothing has worked. is there a download for the original rom that comes with the htc touch mp6900?

EDIT: just talked to a friend @ ?LL??L he's gonna order me a new one for free but i still want to get some pics, vids, and etc. off this phone first (if there still there).

i can probably talk him into getting another version of the phone. i know someone with the 6800 and i like the way it looks better than my phone. i like the size, the slide-out keyboard and the light for taking pics and i can always download the apps that come with the 6900. what are your thoughts on the 6800 and what other version of the htc would you suggest?

YES! thanks to shadow-tech i got my touch working again , now with a newer version of the 6.0. THANKS SHADOW-TECH and the others who help him help me........Yo shadow-tech, whats a good day and time for you to help me with the 6.1 update, whether it be by usb or sd flashed?
