Finally Skype works on Voque

I am using the latest official rom by sprint and I get the CANNOT START after a long while. All in all, I can't use skype....

apparently the difference is pretty narrow -
the one between 19208.1.0.1 and 19209 based ROMs

yeah, but the difference must be a file or 2 lol. thats just a version number as far as i know.

EDIT 3: well i called another account i made and i couldnt hear myself :'( but it started for the first time since i had my mogul lol

were you able to make a test call? It (version 2.2.0.45) fires up just fine and logs me in, but no sound when you go to call.

By using the kitchen, you'll be able to build your own 6.1 rom with what you want in it, and that will having working gps and skype. Once you download from ppckitchen, you'll definitely want to select the 19209 build if you want skype to work. I've not gotten it to work with any later build.

I'm gona research, but I'm probably too out of my depth to risk building a rom and flashing it, I;m supprised I didn't brick the phone last time!

I am running the leaked Sprint WM 6.1 rom from about a month ago. I also could not hear any audio when making a call. I successfully connected with three different calls and could not hear them. They also could not hear me, I later found out.
