After that, I couldn't update the ROM directly. There is not USB connection. I had to press camera + power + reset to initiate the connection and then start the update process. But still there is no luck.
I called the HTC support just now. A guy told me that the update isn't official and asked me to contact Sprint for the original ROM to flash it back.
To be honest, I don't quite believe him. I think he just gave me the run around.

pull your battery out for about 30sec then put it back in let it boot up the first bootup always takes a while and can you tell me what it says on the fist screen that pops up little numbers at the bottom
