I must say, the only thing I am bothered by is the text messaging. The keyboard is pretty cumbersome I think. Any suggestions on alternates?

First off, welcome and congratulations.

Second, use your phone as it is for a while, learn it's curve..

Then, perhaps tweak it. The Touch 20 keypad is rather good, the Sprint Leaked QWERTY keypad is even better.

Sorry I don't mean to butt into your conversation here, but I wanted to let you know that the leaked Sprint Rom does indeed include an updated radio and does "upgrade" your stock Sprint Rom/radio with 3.02/3.37.15 as well as upgrade your PRL to 60612 and PRI (once you manually re-run PPST after full flash and customizations have run and rebooted).

Personally I would suggest what I suggested in my previous post to this thread; use your phone as it is and get to know it first before you do anything, and as you learn, you will have something to base the changes and differences and be able to make a more solid choice.

Thank you for clarifying that. I was unaware that it upgraded the radio, and apoligize for giving false info. I really thought I was helping.

But in regards to my suggestion to unlock the phone first with cokeman's 2.31 unlocker, prior to runing the upgrade. I will post the thread link:

Yo newbie, You have to have Iphone interface in there first. A WinMo device is not a device if there is no Iphone. Look everywhere, Iphone interface kinda became a must for PPC user. I don't know, But gotta put it there.

When I download the sprint leaked rom and try to open the rar file it asks me for a password. Does anyone know what the password is. I downloaded the file from the link on the first page. Thanks for the help.
