the htc touch ain't that cheap. The Samsung instinct will hit the market tomorrow. Sprint is gonna have it for $130 if you get the $70 a month plan. You probably get it on ebay and activate it through sero. I wonder if it'll be hackable

I had no idea there *was* a good screen until I ran across this thread. I just assumed all Vogues were like this. It really does make viewing video in landscape mode useless. It sucks whenever I'm trying to show-off my SlingBox to someone and the angle isn't just perfect. I agree with whomever said it earlier, we *do* put-up with too much crap just to have the latest cool toy on the market.

Yup, before I got the good screen, I would get a headache watching SprintTV, or even viewing pictures with the camera album... I was better off closing one eye... pretty pathetic HTC... yawn... Oh well, it's a capitalist world, and they went with the lowest bidder for those screens... Too bad there isn't an alternative to the Vogue for most of us, or we could voice our opinions by not buying it...

I'd love an Eten M800 (as long as it had 128MB RAM) or the new HP Ipaq qwerty slider... but Sprint, or even America in general won't see them ever/for a long time...

I just picked up a new Sprint Touch about 2 weeks ago. I really dont know what I have but I will assume one of the bad screens. It looks good straight on of course, as well as horizontally the full 180 degrees side to side. Verticly though, it washes out very quickly tilting it up and down.

What Iv Noticed Is That I Have A Good And Bad Screen Lol It All Depends On What Theme I Have On The Phone When I Have A Glossy Black Theme I Cant See It All That Good In All Directions And When I Have It On The Stock Themes That Come On The Phone It Looks Good I Could See It In Every Direction Just Like That Video On This That They Have In Youtube The Guy Has A Glossy Black Theme What Im Trying To Say Is That Mine Only Does That With The Glossy Black Theme With All Other Themes Its All Good

I guess us lucky ones can count our blessings... but I don't know if I would rest until I had one... I would have probably swapped out for a mogul, or perhaps a non-smartphone... Instinct would be interesting... sorta
