Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?
Maybe this is a tad unrelated but I also do not see the RevA option, but maybe because Bell Mobility has not rolled it out into Canada yet? Can anyone else on Bell confirm this?

Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?
I don't know why people keep saying they can't find any other posts regarding this issue. It's been discussed in many different threads ever since Sprint released the Rev A update for the mogul a couple months ago. All you have to do is SEARCH. As I have said before, it has been confirmed that disable = ENABLED and enable = DISABLED. Either way, it won't make too much of a difference in your download speeds because Rev A increases upload speeds more than anything.

EDIT: And that has been confirmed on the Titan, but nobody has really confirmed it on the Touch yet.

Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?
On the MOGUL w/ 3.35 ROM "disable = enable".
On the TOUCH w/ leaked 3.02 ROM "enable = enable" Tested, I get twice the throughtput and half the latency. -CC

Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?
Here are my speed tests using the same server from the same location, with the same signal strength only minutes apart:
With setting showing enable: ![]() With setting showing disable: ![]() So based on that, I would say that on the Touch with the leaked ROM, Enable = Enabled, unlike the Mogul. |

Those that say Enable=Enable have consistently gotten faster uploads and lower pings than when its set to disable. |
