Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?

I've read so many different things..disable means enable, enable means enable..

the roms i've flashed have had it set to enable..and I am unable to conclude based on my own tests which one is right or if it even makes a difference.

So what has been everyones experience? Has there been a universally accepted answer yet?

Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?

I would love to know this as well because I tried them both out, and Enable got me faster upload speeds, but download speeds are the same with both.

not surprising, since more or less:
Rev A serves only to decrease latency and increase upload

Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?

it saying "enable" i got double the download and upload speeds and half the latency then when i manually changed it to "disable" because everyone was saying enable = disable and disable = enable. But my own tests show differnt. Maybe they changed how it works in the leaked sprint rom *shrugs*

Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?

Enable = DISABLED, Disable = ENABLED. This has been discussed in depth with screen shots of speedtest comparisons in other posts.

You can either do ##778#, then select data parameters, or you can go through file explorer to the windows folder and open the program EPST and select data parameters.

Re: Rev A.. Enabled or Disabled?

we need an unlock code to change anything though. I can get mine no problem, if it's worth doing. Is it?
