I would love to know this as well because I tried them both out, and Enable got me faster upload speeds, but download speeds are the same with both.

Everyone is complaining about gps not locking on but for me i never broke 1000kb on my phone yet... i rather have faster dl speed then gps.

it saying "enable" i got double the download and upload speeds and half the latency then when i manually changed it to "disable" because everyone was saying enable = disable and disable = enable. But my own tests show differnt. Maybe they changed how it works in the leaked sprint rom *shrugs*

Enable = DISABLED, Disable = ENABLED. This has been discussed in depth with screen shots of speedtest comparisons in other posts.

You can either do ##778#, then select data parameters, or you can go through file explorer to the windows folder and open the program EPST and select data parameters.
