Websites coming up in spanish

i don't know if this is related to upgrading to wm 6.1 but when i go to google it's in spanish .. i searched around and found a few people having the same issue.

my google 'search' is now 'buscar'

phone settings seem to be correct.

Same here.. Getting websites in spanish left and right. Even GMAIL is in spanish.. wtf
