The original leaked version 3.16 for the Titan (as obtained from the first link at http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=16806) actually contains 2 separate .nbh files: 3.16.651.0.nbh and Special_4350_SPC.nbh).

The 3.16.651.0.nbh archive contains a complete update with radio called 785.nb which when flashed to the Vogue shows up as radio 3.27, but does not boot.

The Special_4350_SPC archive contains Radio.nb which when flashed to the Vogue shows No Radio, but does allow it to boot, and appears to work.

These radio files are different in length and vary substantially in content.

Furthermore, both these archives contain new SPLs, which also vary significantly.

So now that we know why some people can get the radio to work while others can't - we're using different radios, why are there two different versions included and which one does the mogul use?
dew.man you are correct and after looking at the 785.nb file more in detail I saw it has all the references to enabling gps services on the device.

Can you elaborate on that?

I have very limited time I can spend on this, but would love to help get this thing off the ground...

Re: GPS OEM...first attemp

Sorry about that,

Use a hex editor and scroll down about a 1/3 of the way down through the code you will see references to starting the gps service on the device.

Both radios reference GPS, and neither works right on the Vogue ;-(
