Stuff like this is all over. Freeware/shareware collections. That guy on TV that sells a book on how to get FREE Government loans. This guy just packaged it up as a convienence to consumers. As long as he doesn't claim to be the creator or included any hacked versions or registration serial numbers. I have also created a disc, but I give it to my customers when they purchase a new Windows mobile phone. I will definately add a text file or something giving credit to the sources.
That may not be a bad option for this board. To package up a ppcgeeks collection and offer it for sale. Alot of people are willing to pay for this and just want to install stuff. They don't want to spend hours looking for say a freeware calendar+ app. Just my 2 cents...

He's also risking LOTS of bad feedback from purchasers who might also be members of PPCGeeks. If I were '4goodeal', I'd want to keep peace with my suppliers.

Well there are two possibilities.
If the apps he are selling are downloaded with a license not to distribute without permission, which as we all know, must of the developers on here don't do that, then he would be in trouble. Otherwise, he is not violating anything. He is not claiming it to be his, and he is more likely selling the service of combining the apps together and producing a CD. But, if the developers contact him and ask him to stop selling the apps and he continues, then they could contact ebay and let them know he is in violation.

i've contacted tene over at pocketcm since one of the apps bundled is his i'll let you know what he says since he states on the download page for pcm that you are not allowed to redistribute the app in any form without his permission
