The only issue with all of us reporting it is that we have no rights to it either. The creators of the apps would need to contact ebay themselves for the best shot at getting it removed. But if he gives credit to the author he probably can sell them. He went to the trouble to package them together and put them on CD. He might need to add a disclaimer to the page though stating it is not his work and giving credit to the authors of the apps. Just my 2 cents.

well, i dont think that it matters, its all open source software, so I think we would still have a case because he is SELLING open source software

Yeah, only the creators can report him.

It is theft of intellectual property, and Ebay has a program in place for just such occasions.

Sadly, he will probably sell a lot of them. Most people don't want to learn to do things themselves, and the step-by-step directions/instructions will appeal to lots of people (like the people here who refuse to search). I'd love to see what happens when there are problems with the software and memory issues.
