Thanks, I'll try this when I get home.

Glad it worked. I can't really take credit for it because I read it on another forum. Can't remember which one now. Anyway, glad it worked for you too.

So I am having a problem now just like this. I originally installed the windows mobile 6 software that came with the phone and everything was working perfectly, but then had to format my hardrive so I lost everything. I dont have the cd with me anymore and installed the windows mobile 6 software again, this time from the windows website. Well it syncs my phone fine, but when I try to copy files over to the phone, it takes forever. Last night I tried copying over the new macflo it said it would take 5 hours to copy. I just let it sit over night to get it done with and this morning the file copied. However, it says something is wrong with the file and it will not open on my phone. I have uninstalled the software and reinstalled it 3 times now, I have ended the partnership and made a new one about 3 or 4 times now, and I have also tried going to setting and unclicking the enable option that was suggested. Nothing is working. Any suggestions?

Ok well scratch that... I was able to put it on my phone fine, but only because I put it on the actual phone, not the storage card. it seems that whenever I try to put it straight on the storage card it wont work. I have an 8GB card, and have plenty of space left... i dont know why it wont work. Any ideas?

Have you tried re-formating the card?

Re: Can't sync touch to Vista... ideas?

Hi

I had the same problem with my TyTn II and now with my Touch Pro 2, could never get Windows Mobile Device Center to recognize my phones

Yesterday i used a powered usb cable, like this one (http://www.westerndigital.com/global...WDCA029RNN.jpg)... it seems that only one USB port wasnt enough to get it connected.

With this cable it´s working perfectly...

I hope this helps
