SPRINT PRL Update April 2,2009 - 60652
Woke up this morning to find that my PRL had been updated OTA last night. Anybody else have this happen?
It now shows PRL #60652 I wonder if this will fix the random EVDO/1x switching. Hope so.

Re: SPRINT PRL Update April 2,2009 - 60652
Interesting,
Mine is still on 60613 - no affected issues I can find regarding this difference in versions Might be that although Im living in Las Vegas, my cell number is still based in 586 area code (S.E. Michigan) so that may be cause of any delay in upgrading I am interested though in any advantages the new version is having, faster locks? Better calls/reception? Detroit Doug |

I have the PRL phone code utility on my phone, it is part of NFSFAN's rom at XDA. I just place the file in My documents. You have to know your MSL code first. I have the generator for that. You place the generator on your phone, enter your HEX ESN exactly the way it is behind your battery and it'll output your MSL. From there you point to the file to update and in a matter of seconds it's done.

Well, I haven't had my phone switch to 1x yet today. Usually it changes spontaneously several times a day, especially when surfing graphically intensive websites.
