ah man..thats too funny. I really needed this today too..just found out the IRS took most my return for something, so was in a real bad mood. but this has really helped my day go better. =D>

I think the original post was answered, but I plan on testing some things regarding tethering and I will post back here.
I too had issues when trying to tether w/ the touch. I just did a few registry changes and it worked, but I has not worked with some extra steps being taken.
I also wanted to do some more searching on other threads because I seem to remember reading something similar before.
I will post back later with my tethering results.

I've always had weird results with ICS over USB on every phone I've used (Apache, Titan, Touch). As weird as it seems, I get the best results when I follow a strict startup sequence:

-Initiate ICS
-Plug USB cable into phone
-Plug USB cable into computer

If I plug the cable into the computer first, I never get a connection. If I plug the cable into the phone before ICS is running, same thing. Could just be a series of weird coincidences, I can't be sure. But that sequence seems to work for me virtually every time. Not that I use USB that much. WMWiFiRouter all the way...

I don't think he understands what he is implying about himself with "unarmed in a battle of wits." : )

I'm not big on pointless retaliation, but I figure the feedback system is there for a reason. I left this for him:

"Hostile to other members, promoting warez, almost certainly untruthful, questionable language skills."

and I've never done much with ICS myself, havent had the need for it lately, but will mess with it just to see the results I get I guess.

The Tethering does seem to work with Bell.
I checked my unpaid billing. I first disconnected and reconnected and the billing recorded it. But the details of it, for whatever couple mins/MB I was using did not get chatged
