Tether with Sprint Touch (just want simple answer plz)

Anybody know the process for tethering on linux... I doubt its as easy as the windows procedure.

the point of using Pdanet is so you CAN tether to your bell phone, without an extra data plan or charges... it is only "clearly not available" in your bell agreement.

Does anyone really know of any person that got charged for tethering when it wasn't on their plan?
I hear people say it could happen, and I suppose if I was tethered and downloaded 10gb a month they might catch on, but I've tethered my phone using wmodem or ICS for over 2 years, and have never been charged extra.
I average about 1.5gb a month of usage. Mostly from streaming youtube or surfing ebay from work.

lol are you guys serious? you pay for your appz..lmao I use pdanet version 1.80...Been using for ages..Never paid a cent..Cracked version. Remember google is your friend...I have never been charged for pda modem fees as well..I have the pro pack but modem isn't included just unlimited minutes.I'm also on the new billing system.I honestly don't think with pdanet they can tell.With the wm6.1 rom with rev a i get awesome speeds as well..like 780 down and like 480 up..almost as fast as my home dsl..Another cool thing is that i can bridge my home connect and pdanets...so my lappy flys...

And before you go making fun of everyone else, here are a couple of other items to note:

You spent time finding a cracked version of PDANet. Why didn't you just use the built-in ICS? PDANet doesn't hide anything you're doing from Sprint, and the use of ICS has numerous benefits over any DUN modem app.

You claim your processor speed is 624mhz. How are you achieving this? Are you a qualcomm processor engineer? More likely you are using HTC Performance which has absolutely no effect on the new qualcomm processors.

I could be wrong about all of this, but I doubt it. Just some food for thought.
