hey I got it the spb scrolling installed but i find that it doesn't work in Programs or Settings. For me its working in PIE, contacts and the default file explorer (even though I use resco). Anybody find a way to make it work with all programs??

EDIT: I got it working with resco explorer, but I still dont understand why its not working with Programs and Settings, even though I have it ticked off in the SPB options... any clue???

I disabled ftouchflo, pocketplus smartscroll was working in most programs, but I could no longer bring up the cube with the swipe gestures.

I didn't delete ftouchflo, I just removed the shortcut from the startup menu and then reset my device.

I disabled touchflo's scrolling by modifying registry, then installed ftouchflo for scrolling. Now I am very happy with it. ftouchflo is better than touchflo.

I do not use SPB's smart scrolling since it does not work on resco explorer.

There is a registry hack to make it work in resco:

Here's the registry to enable Smart Scrolling for Resco File Explorer. Rename the extension from .txt to .reg. Copy it to your PPC and merge it. (take off the ".zip" portion)

Which version of ftouchflo did you install, and does it give you smooth scrolling on a long webpage in IE or does it scroll up or down a screen at a time?

I believe it is 1.4.1 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=338143).

Ftouchflo is more smooth and precise than Touch's touchflo. I can not handle Touch's touchflo at all - it scroll up or down a screen at a time as you said.

Ftouchflo 1.4.1 is 100x then HTC's stock touchflow. It doesn't have kinetic scrolling but it is so much better at controlling the movement. Just make sure you disable the stock one in the registry, then soft reset and run ftouchflo.
The cube will still works with ftouchflo if anyone wants to know. You can also assign programs to open with swipes from the side of your screen. Throw a shortcut in the startup folder and it will run automatically on a reset.
Also, has a text file to put other programs in that already have scrolling, so it will let the scrolling of the program handle it. For example, pcmcontacts has its own scrolling which works well. So it is in the ignore list and handled by the program itself.
SPB's scrolling works well but does not allow it to be used in every program. I do not want to have to edit the registry for every one of programs to get it to work. Ftouchflo works in any program that has a scroll bar. Period!
Hope this helps some people.
