Yes it would be very different on the Mogul. I never used Pocket Plus on my Mogul though, but if you are either using FTouchFlo or some other TouchFlo mod, then it will definitely interfere. I disabled ftouchflo, pocketplus smartscroll was working in most programs, but I could no longer bring up the cube with the swipe gestures.
I didn't delete ftouchflo, I just removed the shortcut from the startup menu and then reset my device.
