SPB Smart Scrolling vs TouchFlo

i am trying to enable smartscroll on my TILT. i understand the steps the only problem is when i rename the "_PocketPlusTouch.zip" to .dll it remains "_PocketPlusTouch.dll.zip" is this normal? - do i move this file as instructed (it appears as an archive file on my device). altenatively extracting the zip file produces adifferent file with another extension i cant remember - renaming this has the same effect (ending with the .zip).
any idea?
btw - do i copy the renamed file from the pocket plus to /windows or the original file from my desktop? (obviously removing the "_" from the beggining of the file name.

I have spb's pocket plus on my phone along with TouchFlo and I havent had a problem with them conflicting with one another at all.
