Incoming SMS Wrong TIME- FIXED!!!

Would anyone know why and how to fix the incoming SMS time from being the Wrong time. When Sending a SMS it shows up as the Correct Time but when the incoming comes in it shows 6 hours difference..

EDIT - Problem Solved.
