I had a missed call this morning...of course I was in the shower. :-p
But seriously, I have had one or two voicemails come without a call, but I've had that problem with every other phone I've ever had (even dumb phones). Most of those instances are caused by the network signal being too weak for the exact moment someone calls you, not the phone.

Maybe it's just the location these people are in. I just can't miss calls. If signal is weak or I'm out of coverage I understand. |

I'm talking about someone calling me and my phone going to voice mail because my phone never physically rang.

Short of when I set my phone on EVDO-only for testing purposes, no I haven't had this problem. In fact, I've never had that problem on Sprint period.

I'm beginning to think it's just the people that have messed around with the registry and have a but load of 3rd party apps.

That's a possibility as well. But i would think these people talking about missing calls would have had similar problems with other phones

I had problems with missing calls on my 6700 (radio randomly shut itself off) but I've never had an issue with the Touch.
Now I HAVE heard, however, that when your battery gets below 30%, it won't ring anymore and you won't receive texts or anything until you manually turn the screen back on. I don't ever let mine get that low since I charge it every night. |
