i downloaded from the touch and the numbers r still the same do u think i have 2 adjust sumthing on my touch?

Okay, the file you just downloaded is the ZIP file, not the CAB. The CAB is inside the ZIP. The numbers you are seeing is the compression rate of the ZIP. Once you tap on the ZIP you need to tap and hold your finger down on the CAB until a little menu pops up where your finger is touching. Extract the CAB, then close the window. Close File Explorer. Re-open File Explorer and find the CAB you just extracted from the ZIP. Tap on the CAB.

If this is not working, what other programs are installed on your Touch?

i have all the programs that came in the phone the only things i added r the fskeyboard,myscript plus and sum music and videos

Okay, one more try. Unzip this on your computer (not your phone) and run the program inside. The next time you Sync iCube should automatically install.
