For me today is the 4th day since I paid him via paypal. Ive emailed him twice but got no response. That guy is starting to piss me off. I dont know if I can wait 2 weeks and not even hear anything from him.

Luckily I already had my Touch and didn't need to order from this guy but I have a friend who did. I would recommend at least calling your credit card company and/or PayPal to alert them to the fact that you may have been the victim of fraud. You don't necessarily have to dispute the charge right away but call them up and see what your options are. If PayPal has recently received a lot of complaints about this ebay seller, that ought to tell you that he's trying to pull a scam. Also, I would be pretty disturbed if I bought from him and then saw that MySpace page - not very confidence-inspiring.

my guess is he sells the phones, then he has to go get whatever he's "sold". Hence the long time to ship, he has to go get/find them from wherever his source is.

Been 5 days since paying. He's not respond to any emails or contacts I've sent. I told him I'm giving him one more day then contacting eBay and PayPal in regards to fraud.

Hey bro, I hope you get your touch, that is an insane price. However, I just looked at his last several feedbacks, all of whcih are negative for no merch. received. BEWARE
