Well I am hoping thats the case. I emailed him asking if he is going to sell any more soon. I am going for it only because so far it seems like a very good seller with mininmum if any bad reviews. Although I am still at a loss of where he could possibly be getting them from, since from his myspace page it seems that he is not working for Sprint, but at these prices I don't care where he is getting it from. I am just hoping it will be a good EIN.

Speaking of which, of those that have bought from him, have any of you asked for the EIN before hand to get it checked?

I sent him an email and here was his response:

IT WILL BE SHIPPED THIS COMING WEEK, WE GOT BEHIND ON ORDERS, WE FINALLY ARE ALMOST CAUGHT UP SO FEEL FREE TO PLACE IT.

that was in response to me telling him that I wouldn't pay until he replied with an estimated shipping date.

I thought about buying my Mogul off of ebay but did not think saving $40 was worth the hassle I may have down the road with warranty issues. Especially with these phone being known for dieing out easily.
