And Sprint seems to think this will be an iPhone killer. I don't think so. Not if they've blunted it's teeth by not having at least WiFi. It's nice to have all that memory though. I suppose I could get one and use my Apache as a WAP! LOL! Last edited by guitardoc64; 10-23-2007 at 08:28 PM. Reason: added stuff |

From WM Experts article:
TouchFlo 2 and Keyboard I wasn't expecting the Touch to feature the improved TouchFlo features that HTC has been showing off lately. Stuff like: "circle to zoom in on a picture," a nice new "big theme" start menu, HTC's Today-screen close submenu with large thumbable buttons Much faster flick-scrolling ...So seeing it on the Sprint Touch was a welcome surprise. Even better is the "suretype-esque" keyboard that Sprint/HTC have put on there. It's very similar to TouchPal but with an added feel of refinement. It really does make the Sprint Touch very usable. |

if you do alot of email and text messaging... no if you are a power user and run many programs at the same time.... yes if you need wifi... no if you want the latest cool pda... yes the ram (memory to run programs) alone will bring many mogul users to the touch. |

Does anyone know if the Sprint Touch will have USB 2.0? I don't see anything about it on the factsheet. |

Stumbled upon this article today which lists all the mumbo jumbo related to the Touch. It states that it has a flash / movie light, which I didn't think it did, initially.
http://developer.sprint.com/view_dev...o?device=79530 also the Best Buy ad for 10.28, which is this weekend lists the Touch?! And lists it as wifi-capable?! LOL. I'm pretty sure it's a mistake, but it would be funny if Best Buy was selling a "special" wifi version of the phone. Look at the attachment Last edited by saqer; 10-26-2007 at 02:21 AM. |
