Verizon - Official WM 6.1 Update - Page 24

Ok I am back to PRI 1.37 and have flashed to the leaked ROM without, I repeat WITHOUT running customizations...yea! It seems the GPS has now moved to COM5. Can anyone else confirm or deny this. Second I have implemented the aGPS fix from XDA, and setup Windows to look for the GPS on COM5. When I try to tell iGo8 that the GPS is on COM5 it coughs!

I got mine working finally after much headache and long nights... I now get 15-20 second locks with at least 6-10 sats!!! works with all gps programs google maps live search and I use iGo 08!!! it is damn sweet! I had the same thing as spetrillo... com5 is where the phone was when I did the xda fix with qpst but on the phone it is still com4...

So I should set myself up for COM4 instead?

Are you running the 1.37 or the 2.03 PRI?

ICS works same as it did on the WM6 original ROM. At least it does for me. Can connect thru ICS using Bluetooth PAN or USB.

I dont have the cab but I do have the zip file, which has the directions in it. Here you go.

Have you seen the COM5 issue with the GPS?

I'm on the Bell rom as my base and NFSFAN 1.05 Rev 2 as my image Rom, I have always used COM4 and it has always worked with the standard settings.

yes i did

... because i couldnt uses he nbh file ..it wouldnt work from the sdcard ..and the sprint rom wouldnt work either ... so yeah i did ...

1 can downgrade again ..but i need a rom that i can use since sprint didnt work ,,,suggestions ??
