PictureMail is on both the Touch Diamond and Touch Pro and recently Sprint released a cab that you can download from their site and put on your WM phone. I have used sMMS and it is a fine program, but I am hoping that over time, some one can get the Sprint one working as well.

First off I want to say thanks alot Dette, you and whoever else has done an amazing job and totally changed my opinion of this phone...However, I have a little annoyance I wanted to see if anyone has a fix for...When someone calls my screen lights up and the S2u2 slider pops up along with the answer slider bar with them both flickering incredlbly fast back and forth not allowing me to do either one or even see who is calling...My only method to answer the call is press the hard key three or so times before that call gets answered. Any ideas on how to fix ?

I saw similar problems with S2U2. You can tell S2U2 to not attempt to answer the phone (I think). The default settings for S2U2 didn't conflict for me...

The default S2U2 settings are to NOT use S2U2 caller ID so it does not conflict.. I made sure to set them like that... Just go into S2U2's settings and then turn off calller ID and you should be OK

Hey Dette, really enjoying 2.3. Can you tell me how to get .netcf 3.5 on here? I am getting an error message every time I try saying something about storage being too low (50mb left right now, so no) and processes running (never seen that one).

If you have already answered this question, I apologize. I really hate ppcgeeks' overly picky search perameters. Thanks again for a great ROM.

dette, sprint released the cab for sprint picture mail but smms is WAYYYYYYYYYYYY Better, the cab they released doesnt dl the pics to your phone it just shows you to click a button and fires up your browser. go to the sprint ap store ad go into free/demo if you want to try it out. PS great great rom.

hey just downloaded the new sprint picmail for touch from sprints websiteit tells me its not compatable with this platform anyone getting that I cant find a way to get into it either to check settings...thanks for any help

Just figured out what went wrong, because I also have a touch pro it selected automatically the touch pro .cab for pic mail thats what happened also if you have sMMs it will go to that by default youll have to delete sMMs if you want to send and recieve with the new sprint picture mail by the way it integrates right into messagingso dont freak when you cant find it in programs ...have a great day

I was using the new .cab from sprint and to be honest I switched back to smms it was way better IMHO....

Question? Ive installed a dozen or so cabs in my touch...my question is once ive opened the .cab and installed program can I remove the cab without affecting program Just trying to make some space here..thanks
