I think I have another microsd at home, I'll try it. Would be weird given that one worked on your previous ROM release?

One more question, is it possible to change which player shows up on the main screen? ie replace the HTC audio manager with TCPMP or WMP when you click on the music icon
?

I dont think so, I believe audio manager is hard coded in m2d.

-changed Comm mgr
-updated to latest m2dc w/ theme mgr
-added a bunch of games
-regional settings default to US
-added BTPAN
-disabled Cube

any update on the new release of Alltel ROM? I have it run in my phone, not to bad! but the only thing I want to know the Redio 42.30 not as new as Bell 42.50

Actually for bell music on the cube, in the registry i pointed the cube to another music player like wmp...but for some reason it wouldnt take my change. It kept complaining about jeodek not being a valid app, so i loaded a new esmertec java and pointed the registry to that instead of jeodek. It seemed to have worked... but i noticed it was a little sluggish...

then i accidently loaded google maps again, even though it was on the rom originally so i decided to uninstall it...when i did that, even the one in the rom was gone...so i loaded it again one last time...

To my surprise, after i did that... all my links started working and the links were all fast so i left it at that. I have been using this rom the way it is now for the past few days and everything is great...

Just as a side note, i usually got this error with the bell music when i was trying out manila 2d cabs on their own...

My quick fix was to install another java and point the reg files from jeodek to the new files...

Could you elaborate how you did that? ie what registry entry to modify, which java did you pick?
